Dangling in the Wind

This rather odd dangling decoration hangs outside the Physiotherapist’s on the High Street.  It has been a really cold day today (apparently -4 in Howgate, which is down the road from here).  I worked at home all day and am off to a meeting in Eddleston this evening (I would much rather be staying at home!)
