What a puddle!

It has rained heavily all day.  I went to F's to give a second opinion on colour matching paint before he buys it and stayed for lunch.

When I came out, there was a large puddle outside his house.  The car is mine and the water was a couple of inches deep by the driver's door so it was a good job that I was wearing substantial boots!  

The problem is a drain on the road that takes ages for the water to disperse.  It has been reported to the council but has been like it for over a year.

On Saturday I played for a ceilidh in aid of the local food bank.  I found out today that £586 was raised through entrance fees, raffle and donations.  A great result!
