Look mate, I topped it up the other day! Come on, there are still plenty of seeds there. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they are not there! I duly topped it up. This guy is a coal tit, my best customer these days. Given that the feeder is fairly close to my big window, they have long overcome their twitchy shyness, and I love them dearly.
