Laundry with Darlek in charge

Came across his old house in Freiburg, in a district with large villas from the 1910-1920, now converted into flats. The area had a very bohemian feel to it and an eclectic mix of people. This house had a laundrette downstairs and a Darlek on the right side of the balcony, overlooking the street (you can just see it behind the vegetation). Round the corner was a tiny shop selling fairy gnomes.
