Just chilling in a sitting area in the middle of the city. Lights adorn the trees as evening approaches.

It’s easy to lose control and lash out at people, clouded by emotion so much that it’s hard to see the consequences of your own actions and how they affect others. It’s even harder to realise what you’ve done, apologise and make amends.

It’s the hardest when you experience that from a loved one but not know how to correct it.
