Yup, Another Sunny Day!

And downright cold this morning! A shivery 27F/-2.7C this morning, although it warmed up to the mid-40's F. And it was so sunny that it was quite pleasant in the sun this afternoon.

More packing, more purchases. This time curtains. Gosh it takes such a long time to sort all this out. And money. Groan.

I went with a friend to pick up her CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) or vegetable box. It goes right through the winter, although I think there must be a lot of cold winter greens and root veggies in the winter. I'm going to share a membership with her starting in April. I'm thrilled - it's just a five minute drive from here to go to the farm to pick it up! We're right on the edge of agriculture here in the western part of Portland, so have a lot of access to farms.

This little bird bath (which is glass and really needs to come indoors now) had ice in it this morning and I was struck by the leaf frozen in the ice, and the colors of the bath.
