Sunday Recharge

A very quiet Sunday alternating between adhesive heat patches (today’s Blip) and my electric heat pad. Stayed in bed all day.

I have rested and relaxed all day, ate well and binge watched five episodes of Season 5 of The Crown.

I’m way behind with catching up with comments and stars but will try and catch up during the week. I am going to have a break from writing Blips for at least a week.

I need to speak to my GP this week if I can about my fibromyalgia, the Pain Clinic and the way forward as I don’t feel like myself right now.
