The pulley

My parents’s home in Glasgow had a pulley and when I came to my husband’s home, it too had one. I couldn’t live without it.  While my children either use a tumble drier or clothes rack, I still dry clothes on it.  After my aborted trip to London I went out to lunch today with children and grandchildren.  I came home and painted the pulley and the bit on the ceiling where water came in after leaking water tank.  Sorry, this is very boring - but I love laundry!
