Torche marrons

This is one of my favorite desserts and brings back lots of memories. It is based on a chestnut paste over whipped cream on a meringue. Sweet but not overly so.

When i went to preschool and kindergarten, my paternal grandma would pick me up after school and we’d stop at a pastry store to eat one of those torche marrons together :)
