YACHT RACE

The sea was calm and glittering under the sun this morning in contrast to yesterday, and there was a race going on across the bay. Meanwhile something altogether bigger was just leaving port, watched by a flock of oystercatchers and curlews on the beach (extra). I thought it had lost the first letter of its name, but Ndeavor is correct (so their website says) and it's a multipurpose cable layer, apparently.
