Veterans Hub

This is a back blip.

I’ve finally reached out and found a local Fibromyalgia group on Facebook. And have been along to a local Veterans Hub.

I went along early today (16th) and said hello and had a cup of tea.

Sadly i quickly felt ill and left and that’s as far as that went.

There is some fairly intense family stuff going on and it along with my Fibro has made me ill.

Hence this being a back blip.

I’ve not been able to do much in the coming week with anxiety Fibro fog and a bad headache taking its toll on me.

I’ve been starting the day semi ok but have quickly gone down hill. Today the day I’m blipping this is a little better and I’m trying to catch up on things.

I have a few photos taken on missing blip days and I may add them later.

Will give the Veterans hub another go next week.
