Autumn into winter

As always, parkrun was just the tonic I needed after a stressful week.

I jeffed and was slower than last week when I just walked. Had a lovely chat with some South Africans who have moved here post covid. The lack of business support to those with non white workforce had wiped them out and they are starting again in their late 50's.
