Panel papers came today and this snap of the envelope will be part of my contribution as a guest blogger standing in for the Permanent Secretary next week. I've tried to make the text light and tie it to my 10th year anniversary as a panel member, which is next week. Not sure how much will survive the editors pen.

In other news, pleased to be given a copy of the Blipfoto book with a foreword by our very own Benchnotes.
