Decisions

The sea conditions were borderline. We weighed pros and cons and decided to go for caution and abandon the row when a member of another crew arrived. Her crew had decided not to row but she is extremely experienced and offered to cox us if we wanted to go. So off we went! Launching was exciting, but it was fine past the breakers... 
This photo is the crew after us and they were trying to decide what to do. In the end they tried and had two people in the boat but the waves were just too big and they gave up! 
Back home I dug out my stained glass stuff and started making some Christmas ornaments to sell next week at the fundraising event for the rowing club.
