Black Collared Barbet

I have blipped this bird before, but this one posed so nicely for me today that he deserves to be my blip.
I spent much time watching the antics of the birds at the feeding trays - it's always fascinating.
I pottered around the garden, found Bruce the tortoise who has been hiding for a few days, took Coda for a walk and then watched the rugby - SA playing Italy which SA won so that made it more enjoyable!
I have my nose in a book so early to bed for a read.
Our load shedding continues - it is so much part of our lives now that it's not even worth getting uptight about it.
