Sourdough

Today's the day ...................... to make bread

This is Will, turning out his sourdough loaf from the special basket-thing that he leaves it in to rise, just before he puts it in the oven to bake.

He's had a nice day actually.  There have been lots of interesting rugby matches on today.  So, although he's in the middle of decorating the hall, he has interspersed the emulsioning with a bit of on-screen action.  And now, he is making the pizza for tonight's tea.

I'm going to enjoy that bit too .....................!
