I went to Cineworld to see Aftersun this afternoon which wasn't quite what I was after. It's had really good reviews and I can see it's a good film, but it was fairly melancholy and also very low key, so it didn't absorb me the way I wanted. It was another very wet day and there has been some flooding in Edinburgh, but nothing like as bad as other places. However, it was almost dry when I came out of the cinema.
