Work in progress

I have two aprons in progress which I'm hoping to finish over the weekend as I have quite a few of my own things I want to get done for Christmas.....I need to get a move on! Why is it we think we have all the time in the world then suddenly we don't! Maybe it's just me!
I cooked roast potatoes and parsnips in the Ninja today and in less than 30 minutes and I have to say they were pretty good. I'm learning new skills with it all the time, this was definitely a success. I've seen lots of recipes for Christmas cakes so I think I might give that a go. I'm just a little hesitant as it's an expensive mistake if it all goes wrong. I guess I won't know unless I try.
This evening I knitted 30 berries to add to the leaves of the knitted Christmas puds which will cover the chocolate oranges. I need 54 in all, I'll finish those and hopefully get them all sewn and ready by the end of the weekend. Another job ticked off the list. Lucky I like to be busy!
