Pork Chops

Pork chops, broccoli, and butternut squash soup with cream, brown butter, sage, and blue cheese.

The soup was really interesting (in a good way). We are going to a brewery tonight for a farewell get together for one of my husband's coworkers who is leaving the company. This explains the unusual absence of wine with a Friday dinner.
