Award Night

A good evening with my Bestie. Have to say it was badly organised and we left pretty early.
A friend we’d made won his category which was fantastic and so pleased for him.
But for it to be all about photography…… it wasn’t.
We sat and waited for two hours for them to start and they didn’t show ( even quickly) the category shortlisters and they only showed the peoples choice and the judge’s winner. So for them to say it was about photography is bo****s
Im not happy about that as there was some outstanding work in there which never even got shown on the screen.
All the crud got the credit.
I’m getting angrier by the min.
I’m not bitter at all but I’m angry at the way it was done.
Seething and I shall write to them.
All the people agreed with us that it was unfair and rushed.
Well you win some you lose some but thanks to Paula for coming with me and making it lovely.
