Here are some tiles, a lot older than I am, embedded into exterior walls at what in Britain we might call "1st Floor" which is one storey above the one where one might enter a building from the ground.
I am very well aware that 'entry-level' has a variety of applications. Canary Wharf for instance has both Plaza and Promenade.
My Grandfather worked in a building on a street so steep that floors were called A, B, C, D, E, F. & G and each of them had a street-level access.
