Chilly

Today felt much colder, a bit of a frost on the grass. Cannon took the little ones in and I walked into the village with Jess to the shop. I chatted to my sister on the phone whilst walking, good to catch up without distractions at last. I love our local shop and appreciate the wide variety of items but it feels very expensive when less than 10 items comes to £25. I made a roast dinner for my cousin who is leaving at the weekend after an autumn working with Cannon, mum came over too.
