Scarborough Fair

In our herb garden, we have sage (shown here flowering) growing alongside parsley, rosemary and thyme. Maybe we should call this our Scarborough Fair garden. The musical significance of this herb combination completely passed me by until I read, just now, the 'culinary use' section of this Wikipedia sage page.
