Pause it

Sometimes I put TV on in the background when I feel too much pressure around the project I’m working on.

When I get deep into the work I zone it out completely or have to pause it because my head is too busy with ideas.

I don’t think this is a great habit but it helps. My head is busy with ideas now so I won’t need TV again for a while.

L was getting her costume ready for book week tonight so this paused screen felt relevant.
