I'd never been to a car boot sale before today but it's amazing what you can find there. This one was at the grammar school so Andrew and I looked in on the way home from Enjoy-a-ball. He likes a bargain, that boy, and got a big bundle of Yu-gi-oh cards and a Sonic Spy Kit for £2.50. His pal got the Darth Vader mask, helmet and voice box.

We went into Edinburgh for lads' haircuts, lunch at Giuliano's and a trip to the cinema to see Night at the Museum 2, which was pretty good. Darth Vader gets a small part in the movie, with the advice that he should simplify his image. "What's with the cloak? Are we going to the opera? I don't think so". Dunno what they'd have made of the Liverpool strip.
