Fruit farm update

It’s been a while so a lemon tree update. Pushing on in a new pot is the headline.

Other headline news today is less joyful. It was meant to be a really exciting new boiler day. This lasted right up until the men unpacked the new boiler and looked where it needed to go. Apparently the gas pipe is too small and a bigger one needed. The bigger one needs to come from the furthest point in the house from the boiler. So they packed everything back up, left and now we await a phone call for next steps. The one bright spot is British Gas have a price guarantee so the fact this wasn’t spotted in the initial survey shouldn’t cost us anything more. Just a pain in the arse wait and working out how to get the fatter gas pipe across the length of the long thin house.

And work was no more joyful. Literally HR are becoming my closest work colleagues given the numerous ongoing projects we have together.
