Healthy lunch

Lulabel treated me to lunch in Gavin's Mill today.

I ordered the falafel wrap with hummus, spinach and carrot salad and beetroot tzatziki, which came with an apple and walnut slaw. It was all absolutely delicious. Very colourful too.

While there I nipped into Tesco for a few items. The Christmas madness has obviously got well under way since I was last in a supermarket a fortnight ago!
