More trees of colour

And a blue sky as well. what more could one want on a winters (?) afternoon walk.

An abortive trip this morning to collect that which again hadn't been ordered as A had forgotten to ask what size I needed and then to find that the ironmongers had had a delivery but not of what I wanted.

However I was able to make a phone call for an elderly lady who's free community transport had not turned up - poor thing had been waiting for three quarters of an hour.  We ascertained that the driver had been held up but was on his way and after a couple of minuted he arrived. So not a wasted journey if you can assist someone is my thought.
