Moonwalk
On Saturday night, I'm walking a marathon with my daughters. We are walking round the streets of London in a decorated bra all in the aid of Breast Cancer.
This will be my eighth Moonwalk and each year I stand at the start and am thankful that it's not me who has been diagnosed. Each year however, I think of women I know who have been diagnosed since the last start line. And each year there are more and more.
BUT each year more and more fight and win. Breast Cancer is not the death sentence it used to be. So much of this has to be due to the money which is raised on a daily basis.
So while you are contemplating bed at round about 11pm in Saturday I will be standing at the start with the butterflies making my bum cheeks twitch. It would be good if you could spare a little sponsorship. Link can be found below.
Thank you in advance.
If you can't then the least you can do is check yourself - men too - before I reach the finish. You have several hours to do this ad it will take us a while :-)
