Busy Day

I took Ellie to school and then I had a haircut which I hoped would be fast since I needed to get back to Ellie's preschool for a Thanksgiving program.  Ellie had told me, "tell the hair girl that you have to leave on time. Just leave and go back later." I told her I couldn't do that but I would try to make it. I just made it as the singing started. Ellie was so excited to see all of us!  Next, I rushed home for a quick lunch and a photo of the hummingbird out the back door before I drove to my friend's house for our book group. We sat on her upper deck in the sun...it was actually very warm and the view was beautiful. The hilly terrain and coast range were layered with low clouds or fog.  I took a photo but I haven't downloaded it. If I do, I will put it in extra photos. After I got back home I had business paperwork that needed to be finished; I almost finished everything. :-)) Now I am ready for bed.
