Wednesday: Hanging The Painting

Not the best photo but, full disclosure: I completely forgot to take a photo today (sharp intake of breath!) and K took this one.  

So, much excitement today.  Our unaccompanied airfreight arrived after a ridiculously long time.  We basically get two shipments, once is the heavy baggage which is all your household effects, like paintings, books etc.  That arrived a few weeks ago.  The other shipment is unaccompanied air freight which is a few suitcases of stuff that is meant to tide you over until your main baggage arrives.  Well, that finally got here after two months in transit.  It’s normally supposed to take a week or two!

We’re also making progress with getting pictures up etc.  Here’s Chippy, hanging one of our large pictures with help from Lee and Lily.
