Wet again…

Plenty of umbrellas and wellies going past this morning on the school run. For about 15 mins each morning our road is very busy, then it’s gone. I never tire of watching this ritual. Families, children, cars, buggies, scooters; it’s great!

Another farewell this afternoon to a lady who taught our boys in a Crusader Bible class too many years ago now. All the children loved her for her fun, mischievous ways, stories, holiday camps and … well, they just loved her. She contracted Covid in September. Today her relatives invited everyone to Afternoon Tea following the Thanksgiving service. Hilary had ordered it!
