Nice weather for ice cream?

Dear baby,

It's only two days until your apparent due date, and I'm now finally off work. Consequently bored at home whilst your Dad is at work, and uncomfortable on the sofa but unable to lift and carry things that probably still need sorting out, so I took a drive to Beachy Head to see the view.

Well, this was it. The sea mist came crawling in as I got close to Eastbourne. No takers for an ice cream on the top of the hill.

Still it was a nice distraction, took my mind of the constant monitoring of twinges and aches that clearly aren't signs of you making an appearance into our lives any time today. Still, we WILL get to meet you soon....
