266 day of war

Yesterday, the largest shelling of our country took place. The air alert started around 3:00 p.m. and lasted until about 7:00 p.m. During this time, about a hundred different missiles were fired at us.
Somewhere in the second hour of the air alarm, the light in the apartment flickered, and after a few minutes, electricity and water disappeared throughout the country.
What kind of negotiations can we talk about when they are just trying to destroy us? It's like trying to negotiate with a dog that already has your hand in its teeth.
Now it's about 8 degrees outside, 14 in the room. For now, it is still possible to survive, but we understand that it will be much more difficult in winter .
During the blackout, we play board games, have dinner by candlelight, and if we don't pay attention to the rockets, we have a good time.

It is very sad that Poland also suffered from yesterday's shelling. I sympathize with the victims and their relatives, this is simply a terrible situation.

I don't know what the Russians hope for when they make such attacks... in complete darkness, without communications, no one has the idea to ask Zelensky to go to any negotiations. Everyone has only one wish - that the Russians get out of our land. It's hard for me to understand why all this, because if Putin spent the money he spends on wars, on improving the lives of his citizens, he would continue to sit as a king on the throne and everything would be fine with him. And so, even if he achieve goals and occupy other countries, how will the lives of own people improve? When I went to the elections, I always believed that we were electing a person who would make our lives better. Not the one who will make his life better at the expense of ordinary people.
We are all now actively following the events of the G19 summit and hope for the support of the world in this difficult time. I believe that the world community will not support open genocide and colonial wars in 2022.
No matter how difficult it is, we understand that we can only move forward. People living in the occupied territories suffer much more than us, but they don't even have the opportunity to talk about it. We can only find torture chambers and hundreds of murdered civilians in the liberated territories. It is hard to imagine what horror these people experienced before death... And after Mariupol, after Buchi, after Izyum - I know that the same fate awaits us all if we make concessions to Putin. That's why we hold on and believe in victory.

Вчора відбувся наймасштабнішій обстріл нашої країни. Повітряна тривога почалась біля 15 години та тривала до приблизно 19 години. За цей час по нам випустили біля сотні різних ракет.
Десь на другу годину повітряної тривоги у квартирі заблимало світло та через декілька хвилин електроенергія та вода зникли по всій країні.
Про які переговори може йти мова, коли нас просто намагаються знищити? Це як намагатися домовитися з собакою, яка вже тримає у зубах твою руку.
Зараз на вулиці біля 8 градусів, у кімнаті 14. Ми ще не вмикаємо опалення, бо тарифи на нього зависокі, та ще не дуже холодно. Під час блекауту ми граємо у настолки, вечеряємо при свічках, та якщо не звертати уваги на ракети - непогано проводимо час.

Дуже сумно що й Польша постраждала від вчорашнього обстрілу. Співчуваю загиблим та їх родичам, це просто жахлива ситуація.

Не знаю на що сподіваються росіяни коли роблять такі атаки... у повній темряві без коммунікацій ні в кого і думки немає просити Зеленського йти на якісь переговори. У всіх тільки одне бажання - щоб росіяни забралися геть з нашої землі. Мені взагалі важко зрозуміти нащо все це, бо якщо б путін витратив гроші, що він витрачає на війни, на покращення життя своїх громадян - сидів би далі як цар на троні і все у нього було б добре. А так, навіть при досягненні своїх цілей та окупації інших країн - як покращиться життя його людей? Я завжди коли ходив на вибори вважав що ми обираємо людину, яка зробить наше життя кращим. А не того, хто буде робити своє життя кращим за рахунок звичайних людей.
Зараз ми всі активно спостерігаємо за подіями на саміті G19 та сподіваємось на підтримку світу у цей важкий час. Я вірю що світова спільнота не буде підтримувати відвертий геноцид та колоніальні війни у 2022 році.
Як би не було важко - ми розуміємо що можемо рухатися лише вперед. Люди, які проживають на окупованих територіях страждають набагато більше за нас, але у них навіть немає можливості про це розповісти. Ми можемо тільки знаходити катівні та сотні вбитих цивільних на звільнених територіях. Який жах пережили ці люди перед смертю важко уявити... І після Маріуполя, після Бучі, після Ізюму - я знаю що нас всіх чекає та сама доля якщо ми підемо на уступки перед путіним. Тому ми тримаємось і віримо у перемогу.
