No luck

I wanted to take a photo of a bouncing drop of coloured water. You know, a drop falls into water and then a little fountain bounces back out of the water. It can be lovely. However, I was not successful.
I had to have even more light than a daylight "bulb" and high speed triggering. My camera can take 9 pictures per second, but that doesn't seem enough.
As a kind of EB I only took a picture of the fountain pen. The ink (also mainly water, H2O) is still on the nib, I only clean it once in a while, usually shortly before I refill.
