In the kitchen

S was in sgoil-àraich today and I got quite a bit done. A nice long walk with Jess, 2 sourdough loaves including one with Mediterranean seasoning as an experiment, a very tasty lunch and these delicious sticky prune cakes from the Ed Kimber book.
