Royal Border Bridge, Berwick-upon-Tweed
Quite a dull day, but at least it didn't rain :)
We went for a wander around Berwick-upon-Tweed as we've not been before despite being in this area 3 times before.
Of course, the light was rubbish and the tide was out, but I had to take a shot of the Royal Border Bridge that spans the river Tweed.
We walked along the river for a while and then around the town walls which was quite enjoyable, especially for hubby as he's a bit of a history buff.
We had a really lovely lunch in an Italian restaurant called Limoncello - soup, pasta and ice cream for £7.95 - an absolute bargain!
Before we knew it, it was after 2pm and starting to get dark so we headed home.
