Semi derelict.

This a few years ago (well maybe 10) used to be a small independent builders merchants who were very good and helpful. However they couldn’t make it work so had to close. It then became an “antique/junk/auction” house. That lasted for a few years and then went.

I suspect it will become housing in the north too distant future as seems to be the way of things these days.

However the buddleja is doing well!
