#Blessed

Working with a young study group of IESE MBA students today on their team effectiveness. They really are a great group. At the end of the session, I asked them to say one word to sum up their feelings about the team: grateful, friendship, comfortable, family, lucky, energised, inspired, touched…and my favourite (although two words were used!) ‘hashtag blessed’!!!

They will go far and be blood brothers and sisters thirty years from now as I am with my own study group, C7, of the MBA promotion of ‘93.
