Pub fire

Entertainment at our pub lunch today was provided by the waitress. She decided that as it was a bit chilly she would light a fire for us. She started well, and got a few twigs alight but she then put logs on top and smothered it. N got very frustrated as her efforts kept failing - his Boy Scout training coming to the fore. Eventually however the logs caught light and started to give out some heat.
We were enjoying lunch with friend Marie. We have known her for a very long time and it was good to remember old times.
