For once the forecast was right and I listened to it. The morning was fine with even a little sun and I was out in the garden for two hours: clearing round the pond, hacking back brambles which are still growing, and gathering up the last of the windfalls - it smelt intoxicating and there were still flies and butterflies nectaring! By the early afternoon, winds and wetness had arrived and I repaired inside, some well work has ensued.
Today's pic - a small leaf stuck on the polytunnel, sihouetteish enough I hope for the Mono Monday challenge.
That poem took ages to write out
