In Haddington

 Started the day with a run.
Went on a lovely visit out to Haddington today, to visit an old friend. We had a good catch up, she gave me an Indian head massage and then we went for quite a long walk round the town.  This included feeding the ducks. All good.
Off to the allotment now.
