Camouflage.
Still aching from yesterday's exertion in the garden but I did try doing a bit more this morning. Rain soon stopped play but before that I took a few shots as potential blips.
This little Siskin landed briefly right above me in the magnolia tree and amazingly my quick shot,came out quite well though he is pretty well camouflaged against the branches and leaf buds.
Best large.
A few minutes later I looked back out to see Bluebell under the same tree where we have the bird feeders. Ever the optimist!
You can also see the magnolia flowers coming into bloom.
