Contrast

A visit to the Long Beach Patchwork Indie Crafts Festival about half a mile away was our entertainment today. Lots of very wholesome artisan objects to admire and purchase. I almost sampled some manly healing beard oil.
After about half an hour I succumbed to feeling peckish and, against my better judgement, bought and rapidly consumed a rather greasy burger from one of these mobile food vans.
It is curious how these two contrasting philosophies co exist side by side.
