Southwold sunset

This morning we headed for Stutton to visit Auntie K. Daughter J and her husband have been staying with her since Uncle K’s death. Still no date for the funeral. It was good to spend an hour with them.
After that we went to Flatford for a stroll and some lunch, before heading to Southwold where we had a walk along the pier and seafront before following the sound of church bells to St Edmunds where evensong was just about to start. We stayed for the service and afterwards stopped for an Adnams in a pub on the way back to the car. A late supper back at the apartment a lot fitted into the day.
