Fun day

A and Co came for light breakfast at 9:45. They had bought tickets for the upside-down house, and we went with. Great fun, especially seeing the results of the photos.

Mr B went home to finish making lunch. We collected the car and collected our joint early birthday cake (lemon and poppy seed, stunningly decorated), ordered from wonderful, Mad cucumber (vegan eatery). Their cakes are lush.

Lovely lunch. Little 5 year old ‘D’ adores Mr B and follows him around. Then ‘E’ came for cake, luckily there was some schnitzel left over too.

They left for London at 4. M & V (Lithuanian) with their 2 year old joined us for tea & cake.

Can now relax. We’ll take the remaining the cake to our friends for Tuesday’s dinner invite.

You’re all going to be bored, birthday celebrations continue until next weekend - to think we haven’t really planned anything special .
