I've been to a store three times, in search of a mini snow globe... Two times I got the answer: We still have a lot of boxes to unpack with last years Christmas things, so they're in one of those boxes. The second time I also got the answer that some boxes were still unpacked, but the plan was to unpack them all during the weekend. When I went in today and asked if all of the boxes are unpacked, I got the answer that they were and she hadn't seen the snow globes... 'sigh' I asked about the 'this amount is in stock' and she told me that people 'borrow' the snow globes and don't bring them back, so it's difficult to know. I asked 'Borrows??' and she said yes. I knew she meant 'steal', and she knew I knew. 
So, I'll go to another store across town tomorrow, hoping they still have two left. Not the same kind... but I hope they will be ok anyway. Children aren't that picky, I think, even though I want to find a nice one. 
And I want to knit or crochet a hat for my cousins oldest child. He really likes Ninjago and I've got a pattern for one of the 'ordinary' ones, I just needed to know which of them was his favourite. Of course his favourite is the 'Sensei Wu' and now I have to figure out how to knit/crochet him as a hat... and as an amigurumi - which I also have the pattern for one of the others. Yay! Thankfully I do have time... and I'm crocheting a Peppa Pig for his little sister, who loves that character. Easier pattern to find, so I'll start with the pig.
At least I've made the firs for the Christmas cards, so I'm making somewhat progress. :D
