Málaga Cathedral

Farewell to Nerja, hello to Málaga.

We'd booked a taxi to take us to Málaga for an overnight stay on the the way home. The drive was glorious. Perfect weather. Dramatic scenery.

We stayed in the Malina Lario hotel which is right beside the Cathedral, so we wasted no time making our way up to the rooftop swimming pool to admire the view. Then it was time to explore our immediate area. Our location couldn't have been better. We began with a leisurely tapas stop at the Cathedral Square and then wandered around until we found a nice place for a pit stop.

After a refreshing siesta we headed back out for our evening meal. The Santo Remedio was right across from the hotel, so we ate there. Really good.
