Into the woods..

Long walks, crunchy leaves,
returning Dad, tasty food.

Ben slept well last night, for which I was grateful!  
The weather was beautiful today, Ben and I went out for an early walk and came home to make some cookies.  Mr KCNQ2Haiku returned just before lunch so we ate together before he gave me a bit of time to slope off whilst he and Ben went for another long walk.  Then we went out to the woods a bit later on.  The photo is Ben stomping ahead.  He was excited because we had reversed the loop we usually do, he said we were going backwards and was eager to find out if I'd still know the way :-D Funny how changing the perspective can make something significantly more alien.  Fortunately I did know the way backwards and all was well!
