Loas, Slow boat down the Mekong river

Had a horrible rice soup for breakfast. When we went to pay we tried to lower the price and the guy said that we didn't have to pay for the leak which was kind of him, haha!
We took a minibus to the border of Loas and crossed the Mekong river into Loas which took 2 minutes. It took slightly longer to get our visas when we had crossed but we got there eventually. We then had to find the cheapest slow boat going. Everyone was offering us the cheapest one...
We got some baguettes and snacks for the 7 hour trip. Was a fun trip as we met so many people.
We arrived in at Pak Beng, it was a very small town. We had supper and then met up with the people on the slow boat.
